We anticipate completing the Allen Place development in November and thank all of you, especially our nearest neighbors, for your support and patience through nearly two years of construction din and dust! At this point, we are inviting interested folks to apply to live here, where you’ll be next door to a wealth of health and community focused resources:

The on-site Allen Farmers Market; as well as other Allen Neighborhood Center programs

• A Federally Qualified Health Clinic and pharmacy

• The Eastside Lansing Food Co-op

• A variety of small food businesses housed in The Accelerator Kitchen

• Frequent pop-up social events, workshops, and classes

Allen Place is centrally located in the walkable Eastside neighborhood, where you’ll be a member of a connected and engaged community. You’ll be just down the road from your pick of parks and community gardens, and a short car, bike or bus ride from MSU, LCC, or downtown Lansing.

Allen Place Apartments provides 21 units of mixed-income housing. All are fitted with the latest in energy efficient features, and are part of a micro-grid developed in partnership with the Lansing Board of Water and Light. Residents will also have easy access to a CATA bus stop + shelter on the south-east corner of Allen Place.
